“During the first 3 years I remember barely making ends meet and going to the main boulevard to try to get people to follow me to the restaurant while I was making pizzas, salads and washing dishes,” says Stefano, “Well, it worked-out, and shortly after the restaurant became a great success with both tourists and locals, and that is when I decided to open a second location.”  Stefano partnered-up with Juan Calderoni who is still his partner to this day and in 2001 they opened the second La Dolce Vita in San Jose Del Cabo.
