Troy and Sharon Weaver are owners of the company. A Colorado native, Troy has been fishing the waters of Cabo since 2005. He is a hard-working man devoted to his wife and three children. Hailing from Texas, Sharon has “retired” from her days of working and raising her three amazing children. Sharon runs the day to day operations of Arco Charters. In her free time, she can be found sun bathing at the beach, sinking birdies on the golf course, or on the boat reeling in some fish. Captain Manny arguably has the most experience of any fisherman in Cabo. Manny was born and raised right here in Cabo San Lucas. With over 35 years of experience he knows how to find the fish. Manny is a cool dude with a passion for fishing.
The boat is a 31-foot Cabo Express. The Cabo Express exemplifies the desirable qualities that avid anglers are looking for in a fishing boat … small, fast, and seaworthy. The nimble fishing vessel remains steadfast when she hits a wave or makes a very sharp turn on the water. She sails with sheer confidence and utmost dependability which give passengers a sense of security when traversing the seas. Powered by Twin 365 HP Caterpillar 3208TA diesel engines, our 31-foot Cabo Express ventures offshore headstrong with up to six people on board. Fitted with a cushioned Pompanette fighting chair, top of the line Penn International rods and reels, outriggers, bait prep station, and large ice box to keep your catch cool, our vessel sets out to the fishing spots fully armed and ready to battle your targeted fish. Fishing success is increased by our boat’s state of the art electronics including a chart plotter, GPS, depth sounder, VHF radio, Sirius XM radio and an autopilot system. Combine all of these features and you have the recipe for a productive and unforgettable fishing trip. The fishing vessel has an air-conditioned cabin with its own bathroom and saloon sofa where passengers can relax after a long and tiring battle at sea. The vessel also has a cooler, refrigerator, sink, and a small kitchen countertop where you can grab a quick bite in between fishing battles. Come aboard and enjoy a full-day or half- day fishing.
